Every artificial intelligence system must comply with legislation, otherwise it faces high penalties, operational restrictions, or reputational damage. Developers and companies must work closely with legal experts to ensure their solutions meet all requirements. AI.Law is a set of services that ensure your AI system is compliant with current legislation.
From August 2024, new regulations on artificial intelligence will apply in the EU – the European Union Regulation on Artificial Intelligence, known as the AI Act. Full enforcement of the regulation is planned for August 1, 2026, with some provisions coming into effect earlier. For example, bans on certain AI systems will be effective from February 2, 2025. From 2026, these rules will be fully enforceable, meaning companies will have no room for error.
